2016-2020<\/h2>

Christian Lamonaca<\/strong> is the founder and former partner of the brand SILAW, a network of professionals specialized in legal and tax matters.<\/p>\n

Over the years, the network expands throughout Italy, and SILAW owns offices in Rome, Milan, Bologna and Palermo.<\/p>\n

SILAW instantly emerged as one of the main players providing a wide range of multidisciplinary services according to international standards of excellence.<\/p>\n

Andrea de Bertoldi<\/strong> is a Tax Partner at Studio Legale Occhipinti in Rome and he collaborates with the Professor Maurizio Leo, expert in tax litigation and pre-litigation matters.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

2021<\/h2>

After founding their professional synergy, Christian Lamonaca and Andrea de Bertoldi<\/strong> decided to create a new niche reality focused on highly specialized tax and financial consulting.
\nThe high standing of interlocution achieved, requires a revisiting of the previous business model, which is now focused on the interconnection between financial and legislative compliance and regulatory monitoring, with the purpose to be able to optimize the tax and financial planning of Companies.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Christian Lamonaca<\/div><\/div><\/div>

He graduated in Economics and Business at “Tor Vergata” University of Rome.<\/p>\n

He then continued his studies by attending numerous post-graduate Masters, including the M.Sc. in International Tax Planning at the “La Sapienza” University of Rome and the Advanced Training Course in Criminal Tax Law at the Higher School of Economics and Finance.<\/p>\n

He is registered in the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Rome and in the Register of Statutory Auditors, pursuant to Ministerial Decree n. 39\/2010.
\nHe is a member of the \u201cOsservatorio del mercato dei capitali italiani ed esteri\u201d.<\/p>\n

During his many years of professional activity, he has perfected his skills in the field international taxation, budget policies of enterprise groups, extraordinary corporate transactions and M&A transactions, holding legal control and audit positions at primary companies.<\/p>\n

He also deals with strategic business consultancy and structured finance transactions, advising leading domestic and foreign companies in extraordinary transactions such as stock market listings, corporate bond issues, corporate restructurings, structuring of contractual pension funds, interprofessional funds and FIA investments.<\/p>\n

He has participated as a lecturer and public speaker in teaching modules, conferences\u00a0 and master’s degrees regarding tax law, tax policies, asset allocation, international finance and ESG. He was the promoter and founder of various professional networks of high standing and the author of numerous scientific publications.<\/p>\n

He is a founding partner of the tax consultancy firm LdB Tax & Advisory.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Andrea de Bertoldi<\/div><\/div><\/div>

He graduated in Economics at the University of Trento in 1989. He subsequently obtained a master\u2019s degree in International Tax Law at the Center for Tax Studies in Verona.<\/p>\n

Since 1990 he has been practicing as a Certified Public Accountant, specializing in the areas of corporate, management control and corporate restructuring, taxation, and international trade. He has been working between Trento, Rome, Milan, Turin and Bolzano.<\/p>\n

He has collaborated in Rome with top professional firms and he is a partner of the Tax firm \u201cde Bertoldi & Caldini.\u201d<\/p>\n

He has been the economic advisor and consultant for national and international of high standing entities such as the Ministry of Productive Activities and Simest Spa. In 2005 he won the national award -Volere Volare- for internationalization of the Italian economy.<\/p>\n

He is a member of the Scientific Committee of UCID (Christian Union of Entrepreneurs and Managers) and of the Milton Friedman Institute.<\/p>\n

He has also held the position of Auditor in important national companies and Public Entities and he has served as a Judge’s Technical Consultant and Expert witness for the Court of Trent.<\/p>\n

He has a clear inclination and interest, in terms of business strategy, in innovation and internationalization of economic and production processes.<\/p>\n

He is founding partner of the firm LdB Tax & Advisory.<\/p>\n<\/div>
